You have 14 days to return/exchange an item from the date that you purchase it.
To be eligible for a return/exchange the product that you purchased must be unused or unworn with the original tags attached. We require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return/exchange. Clearance items are do not qualify for a refund or store credit as they are all final sale.
Returns with a gift receipt will be issued an in store credit.
Any returns between 15-30 days will be issued in store credit.
Refunds by Mail
Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are inspecting the item and processing the return. If we approve your refund, we will refund it to the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in a number of days. If there is an issue with the return we will contact you immediately.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping is available for orders over $150.00.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
